Unibids™ Returns and Refund Policy

We understand that sometimes Products may not meet your expectations. Our Returns and Refund Policy aims to make the process as smooth as possible.
1. Returns Process
1.1. Only certain Products are eligible for a return; the Product must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
1.2. If you wish to return an eligible Product, please contact our Customer Support team within seven (7) days of receiving your purchase. We will guide you through the return process.
1.3 Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a mistake on our part or a defective product. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance.
1.4. For most returns, you will be provided with a return label that allows you to return the Product(s). You need to return the Product(s) at your own expense. We recommend you return the Product(s) using a trackable method at the carrier of your choice.
1.5. If you are shipping an item over $80 (AED 300), you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
2. Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct Product exchanges. If you need a different Product, please return the original Product and place a new bid.
3. Cancellation Process
We do not currently offer cancellation of auction won product orders.
4. Refund Process
4.1. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within ten (10) to forty-five (45) days. The days required to credit the refund depend on the cardholder's bank.
4.2. In certain situations, only a partial refund may be granted for Products with obvious signs of use, not in their original condition, or missing parts.
4.3. Bidding credits used in auctions are non-refundable. In the event of a return, the equivalent amount of bidding credits spent will not be credited back to the user's account.
5. Delivery with Services
5.1. If the exchange for Product provides a Delivery with Service (in-home unpacking, installation, assembly, etc.) from the distributor/manufacturer has to be scheduled by the distributor/manufacturer.
5.2. During the scheduled return pick-up, the distributor/manufacturer will uninstall or disassemble and pick up the Product.
5.3. If a distributor/manufacturer does not offer these methods or is non-responsive to scheduling an appointment to return your Product(s), you can contact us for support.
5.4. If a Delivery with Services, Product is missing parts or damaged through customer misuse, the customer may be charged a replacement fee based on the condition of the product.
6. Computers and Electronics
6.1. New desktops, laptops, or tablets purchased from us that did not start when they arrived (out-of-box failure), arrived in damaged condition, or are still in an unopened box can be returned within seven (7) days.
6.2. The distributor/manufacturer may test computers that are returned because they did not start when they arrived and impose a customer fee equal to 15 percent of the Product’s retail price if the customer misrepresents the condition of the Product.
6.3. Any returned desktop, laptop, or tablet that is damaged through customer misuse, is missing parts, or is in an unsellable condition due to customer tampering may result in the customer being charged a higher replacement fee based on the condition of the Product.
